Im not entirely sure, I gave exact messurements in each step, so everything should fit. as for looking smaller, if your playing on higher fov it might appear smaller. but everything should fit if you followed all the steps.

As far as I know, the build is still able to be made, they added a few new building pieces into the game but they didn't change any of the previous ones. and mass producing bricks is just having a lot of furnaces and easy access to mushrooms. which I am mostly sure that area is still full of mushrooms but I would have to run over and check.

@@ZerosterGuides oooh ok fair enough by all means if you can maybe could you make an updated version of this particular build since the newer building pieces came out…maybe the new pieces might help make it more streamlined if that make sense.

@@Lostmasteraced maybe, mostly the new building pieces are quarter walls so if anything it would add more detail. I tend to not revisit older builds but I don't have a hard rule against it so there is a possiblity i might at some point.

@@ZerosterGuides ah ok fair enough…it would be quite interesting to see what exactly would change with that particular build if you replaced certain bits and pieces with quarter version’s of other pieces but I completely understand and can respect your decision to not revisit old projects

funny enough thats the building which gave me the idea for this, I made this in both Icarus and grounded. when I needed a small base set up quickly.

at 6:30 I did say it becomes impossible to place the garage later, if you remove the wall on the right side of the garrage it should be possible to place it first, then put the wall in after it has been placed. its just odd clipping issues but its possible to work around it.

@@ZerosterGuides ahh i found my mistake. i tried to put a second wall after that stair wall. weird. it seem its "hitbox" is not square bahaha

yeah the hitboxes can be a little odd sometimes, Im glad you found a way to fix it :D

@@jirokure yeah hopefully, though a big reason I knew to try placing it first is things not fitting even though they should is a super common thing in most survival games, so just incase it doesnt get fixed, knowing you can usually place walls after placing an item down can be super helpful.

I most likely will at some point, I havent tried the defence event yet as Iv just been going through things slowly while making builds, but once I have an idea of how they work i'll put something together.

@@ZerosterGuides nice, can't wait for it! As a heads up, I tried it one time and from what I can see, the enemies tend to spawn at around the corners outside of the territory. they then try to make a beeline for the resonance filter (they seem to ignore everything in the way unless it blocks their path, so you can build the filter away from your house if you don't want it attacked) through the fastest available route possible trying to use stairs and whatnot, so you can technically make a path for them. don't bother with "defense" walls though, they don't seem to work as enemies seem to just phase through them, and they don't teleport with you when you move your base anyway. I hope this helps!

@@ZerosterGuides no problem, and I forgot to mention this but there are also flyers and a boss spawns at the end. I don’t know if there are other types, but the one that spawned for me was the one that throws stuff at you like a catapult

That would probably be a better idea, otherwise, some people might just show up in the vid to bother you. Just take care when selling stuff for Star Sand. Also, I noticed you prefer to walk around when building, is it a matter of preference over using flight mode or does flight mode cause more placement problems with the building pieces?

@@serapheid3669 I tend not to mind people showing up, and the server im on is in SEA which has a very low population when im online. and walking around when building is mostly preferance, I usually play survival games where there isnt flying, so its just become easier for me to build like this (and more enjoyable)

Thanks! the game is pretty forgiving for the most part at least in the early game shooting wise, a large amount of the game does appear to be exploration and combat though so take that into account when deciding if you wanna play it. If you do try it out I hope you enjoy it!

I might throw a video up on my second channel about it, but when I used to play I used the harpoon to attach a line to the animals then used that to pull them around.

it would translate pretty well into once human lol, apart from the railings on the staircase, I tried making a second starter base yesterday for once human but it felt off due to the lack of railings. Im glad you like the pyramid build enough to make it in a second game :D I hope it looks good and works well.

I did see the blueprint system and Its pretty good imo, I heard you can save peoples bases you find around the world as well. which is kinda interesting.
